The controller of the personal data collected on this website is Rosalba Vaccaro, NIE Z0002888H, with address at Calle Benchijigua 19, 1A, 38611 San Isidro, Granadilla de Abona, Santa Cruz de Tenerife, España. For any matter relating to your data, you can write to info@tenerifecorporateretreats.com.
We process your data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).
6. What data we process
We only process the data you give us when you contact us and the data strictly necessary for the website to work:
- Contact details: name, email and, if you provide it, phone number.
- Details of your enquiry: type of event or service, dates, number of people, indicative budget, company, sporting level and anything you write in your message.
- Technical enquiry data: language, referring page and, if you arrive from a campaign, its parameters (utm).
- Technical browsing data (such as your IP address), processed by our hosting provider for security and operational reasons.
Please do not include special category data (for example, health information) unless it is needed for your enquiry. If you give us data about other people (guests, participants), you confirm that you have informed them.
7. Purposes and legal bases
- Replying to your enquiry and preparing a proposal: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Organising and delivering the service you book: performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Meeting accounting and tax obligations: legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
- Measuring website use and, where applicable, showing advertising: only with your consent via the cookie panel (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
- Keeping the website secure: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
We do not send newsletters or marketing communications, and we do not make automated decisions or profile you.
8. How your data reaches us
The contact form lets you choose between sending your enquiry by email or opening WhatsApp with the message already written; in the second case, you send the message yourself from your WhatsApp app.
If you send it by email, you will also receive an automatic confirmation reply. You can also write to us directly on WhatsApp or by email.
9. Who we share your data with
To organise the experience you request, we share the strictly necessary data with the suppliers involved: venues and estates, hotels and villas, photographers, caterers, transport, clubs, instructors and other activity providers — only to the extent needed to deliver the service.
We also use technology providers that process data on our behalf:
- Cloudflare, Inc. — website hosting.
- Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc.) — sending the emails generated by the contact form.
- Our email provider — receiving and managing messages.
- WhatsApp Ireland Ltd. (Meta) — when you choose to contact us on WhatsApp.
- Google — website fonts (Google Fonts) and, only if you accept, Google Analytics.
- Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. — only if you accept marketing cookies (Meta Pixel).
Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area (in particular in the United States). In that case, the transfer is covered by the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or by standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission. We do not sell your data and only disclose it to authorities where required by law.
10. How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not lead to a booking: up to 12 months after the last contact, then deleted.
- Clients: for the duration of the relationship and afterwards for the legal limitation and accounting/tax retention periods (generally up to 6 years).
- Cookie preferences: until you change them or clear your browsing data.
11. Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and data portability at any time, and withdraw any consent given, by writing to info@tenerifecorporateretreats.com and stating the right you wish to exercise. We may ask for additional information to verify your identity.
If you believe your request has not been handled properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) or with the supervisory authority in your country of residence.

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encrypted transmission (HTTPS). Our services are intended for people aged 18 and over.
13. Cookies and local storage
When you first visit, we show a panel where you choose which categories to accept. No analytics or marketing cookie is activated before you choose.
- Technical (always on): store your cookie choice in your browser’s local storage (tg_cookie_consent). Our hosting provider may use technical security cookies.
- Analytics (optional): Google Analytics 4 (cookies _ga, _ga_*), to understand statistically how the website is used. Duration: up to 2 years.
- Marketing (optional): Meta Pixel (cookie _fbp), to measure and show ads on Meta platforms. Duration: up to 3 months.
You can change your choice by clearing this website’s data in your browser: the panel will appear again on your next visit. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
